About

Hi, my name is Emma Fry and I am a trainee journalist at University College Falmouth.

I have a passion for all things nature/ wildlife/ environment related and so it probably won’t come as much of a surprise to find out that my absolute hero is David Attenborough.

I am studying International Journalism and aspire to travel round the world, reporting on anything and everything as I go. In particular, I would love to (and at some point will) volunteer with, and document the orangutans in Borneo… so watch this space!

  1. Emma, thanks for subscribing. You are the first on my new site. I’m still getting the kinks worked out. I have really not even gone live yet. The concept came to me in the shower this morning… hmm maybe I’ll mention it in the blog. I have been a resource of information to many over the years. Please feel free to send a photo along for me to comment upon. You can find more of my photos at the sites on my blogroll. And thanks for finding me and commenting.

  2. Have you given any thought at all with translating your web page in to French? I know a several of translaters here that would help you do it for free if you want to contact me.

  3. Hello Emma,
My name is Marie, I am a Journalism student and I would like to ask you for a favour.
I am going to apply for funding of my project through One World Media.
I have seen that you have received the grant. Your project from Cambodia sounds very interesting.
I would like to ask you for an advice how to write an effective proposal, what One World Media are interested in and if you had any example, that would be absolutely perfect.
I would be very grateful for your help
i wish you the best of luck with your future projects.
    Thanks
    Marie
